Strategy & Operations Program Manager
I work with the product managers, editorial, design leads and audience & growth to execute against roadmap priorities and plans. This role drives the overall strategic planning & ensures all teams are in alignment and working collaboratively both at the roadmap and the project level, and in service of the larger Tudum & Netflix mission and roadmap. I facilitate strategic direction, communication and planning, and drive alignment and feedback across multiple projects and teams.
3D Interactive experience integrated into Tudum.com
With the goal of helping members feed their curiosity and immerse themselves in the worlds of their favorite titles with exclusive content and experiences, we set out to create a 3D interactive experience of the Glass Onion set, peppered with behind the scenes photos & videos and fun facts about the movie. We not only managed to engineer, produce, write and storytell for this 3D experience, we also did it on a short timeline with Filmmaker and talent approval.
I was in charge of managing the project from strategy, through briefing all the way to implementation across multiple teams and stakeholders.

SQUID GAME THE TRIALS
Tudum hosted the landing page for the upcoming Squid Game Live Experience happening in Los Angeles. The page served as a singular hub which developed a clear location for fans and guests to visit to learn more about Netflix experiences.
Responsible for the execution, project plan and development.
As well as creating alignment across cross functional teams with differing priorities.
