As a remote Senior Consultant in Strategy, Marketing, Communications & Project Management for adidas neo in Germany I assisted in providing strategic vision during campaigns ensuring the correct marketing plan was aligned with the overall objectives to increase the business unit’s goals.
I led the development of the strategic plan, calendar, and tool kits to inform own retail, media, social, experiential, PR, eComm and key account planning and execution - as well as ensuring cross functional alignment to achieve brand objectives across digital, retail, experiential, events.

Accessories Campaign
I was responsible for the Accessories Campaign from initial briefing, throughout creative direction, pre and post production, on set on the shoot and to final execution in our own retail stores. Following this project from start to finish.This was a 360 campaign including social, digital, retail & traditional media (consumer brochure, OOH etc.) Copy edited on proofread all assets created for online and retail.
The result of the campaign was an increase in accessories net quantity increased by up to 16% ; accessories net sales increased by up to 23% and
the accessories share of the total business increased from 10% to 13%.

Brand Campaign
Consulted with and provided feedback and direction to the adidas neo Director of Communications. Helped direct and steer a new vison for adidas neo that encompassed an older target audience and a more ‘edgy’ style. Advocate and problem solved throughout the change process. Then worked on everything from brief, creative, pre-production (incl. selection of locations, photographers, treatments, outfits, hair&make-up, casting etc.) to post production ( selects, retouching, treatments etc.).
